Applies to information collected through the website, the online application form and the AI assistant.

2. Data collected
Full name, phone number, email (optional), programme of interest, education level, province/country, your question and the language you use – all provided voluntarily.
3. Purpose
Only to contact you with admission advice, programme information and application guidance. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored in an encrypted database and accessed only by authorised admissions staff, for up to 24 months or until you request deletion. Infrastructure may be located outside Vietnam; the College carries out the procedures required for cross-border transfer.
5. AI assistant
Messages sent to the AI assistant are processed by an AI service provider located outside Vietnam to generate answers. Do not enter sensitive information such as ID numbers or health details.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, withdraw consent and request deletion of your data by writing to trungcapmientay@gmail.com or calling +84 375 711 766.
