Terms for using the website and online services of Mien Tay Professional College.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to web.mtpc.edu.vn and the online services operated by Mien Tay Professional College (“the College”): admission information, the application form, the AI assistant, class schedules, diploma verification and the internal admin area.
2. Information
Content is for information only. Official quotas, fees, schedules and regulations are those published in the College's official documents. AI assistant answers are for reference only.
3. User obligations
Provide truthful information; do not submit unlawful, abusive or spam content; do not attack, scan, scrape or disrupt the website.
4. Admin area and social media connections
Only staff accounts issued by the College may use the admin area. The website may be connected to the College's own Zalo Official Account and TikTok account to publish the College's content. All content posted to TikTok must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and is previewed and explicitly confirmed by a staff member before posting; the website never posts without that confirmation.
5. Intellectual property
Names, logos, images, videos and articles belong to the College or are used lawfully. Quotation with attribution is allowed; commercial use requires written permission.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the College's Personal Data Protection Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The College strives to keep the website available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. External sites (Zalo, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube…) are governed by their own terms.
8. Changes and governing law
The College may update these Terms on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
