Important information before applyingUnder Vietnam's Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15, people who graduate from the intermediate Physician Assistant (y sĩ) programme after 31 December 2026 will not be eligible for a medical practice licence with the title 'y sĩ' in Vietnam. Please consult the Admissions Office before applying.
About the programme
Students gain the knowledge and practical skills of an intermediate-level physician assistant: taking part in examining and treating common illnesses within their scope of practice, primary health care, disease prevention and health education, with professional ethics and responsibility for patients' health and lives.
