Admission by review – no entrance exam. Classes start in several intakes each year.

Who can apply
- Upper-secondary (high school) graduates or equivalent.
- Lower-secondary graduates (studying the upper-secondary curriculum in parallel).
- Holders of an intermediate, college or university degree seeking a second qualification.
Application documents
- Application form (at the College or online on this page).
- Copies of diploma and academic transcript (or temporary graduation certificate).
- Copies of ID card or passport and birth certificate; 3×4 photos.
- Health certificate (for health programmes).
Note for the Physician Assistant programmeUnder Vietnam's Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15, people who graduate from the intermediate Physician Assistant (y sĩ) programme after 31 December 2026 will not be eligible for a medical practice licence with the title 'y sĩ' in Vietnam. Please consult the Admissions Office before applying.
International students
International applicants (including from Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Myanmar) should contact the Admissions Office for guidance on documents, visas and Vietnamese-language support. Professional practice licences are granted under the law of each country; please check the rules of your home country.
